This program is intended for children and youth ages 5-18 who would like to learn wheelchair skills in addition to basketball skills. Ages are a recommendation but we are open to having individuals younger or older participate.
Medicine Hat YOUTH Wheelchair Basketball
WHAT: Wheelchair Basketball is a fun team sport that works on upper body strength, cardio and team play. Wheelchairs will be provided by MHASR. We strongly encourage both individuals WITH and WITHOUT disabilities to participate at the grassroots level as it is a great sport for anybody looking for a fast paced and fun new sport to try!
WHERE: Big Marble Go Centre
WHEN: Thursdays from 5:15-6:15pm
COST: $125 for season
